PBS BROADCAST ON WNET

The month of March is Pledge Drive time for PBS stations across America and THE BORINQUENEERS may be re-broadcast in your area.  To find out, call your local PBS station.  Or check out your local station’s program schedule online by visiting this link:  pbs.org

In the New York City area, WNET – Channel 13 will be airing the one-hour version of THE BORINQUENEERS on Tuesday, March 11th at 10pm.  Make sure to let your family and friends know about it!  And if you haven’t already sent your donation to PBS, make sure to pledge your donation on March 11th.  Not only will you be supporting public television, but you will be sending them a strong message that you value this type of historical, cultural programming and that our community appreciates it.  When WNET last aired THE BORINQUENEERS on August 9th, they raised more than $100,000 from that one broadcast alone. It was one of their top fundraising programs of that pledge drive, thanks to you – our supporters!  The more money they raise, the more frequently they will broadcast it.  And the more people will learn about THE BORINQUENEERS!
